Intro
Euronet Hungary Inc. is one of the leader of the Hungarian call center / contact center and system integration market. The Hungarian private owners injected large amount of cash (USD 2.0 million) in 2000 to increase the base capital.

History
Founded in 1994, Euronet’s main field of action was primarily cabling and network design. Nine years down the road, we address almost all sectors of the market: telephone and Internet service providers, banks, governmental organizations, large and medium sized enterprises.
Euronet can be distinguished on the Hungarian telecom market from its competitors by its experienced technical staff, long-standing relationship with leading telecom manufacturers and its commitment to excellence.

The company has experienced steady growth the past years. Euronet was successful in recognizing beneficial business ventures offered by the transitional Hungarian market, and has exploited those profitably.

Euronet in 2001 become a distributor of Genesys and IBM voice and call center / contact center solutions. Our team of software engineers is also working on developing more sophisticated CRM and business management software.

Our People
To support our operations Euronet has a constantly developing sales, pre-sales consultant, software development, project management team, marketing and logistics department. Some of our account executives and pre-sales consultants gained considerable experience during the years of close cooperation with the market leader vendors in the switching, intelligent call center, and LAN market segment. The full range of services from pre-sales to product servicing is provided by about 60 people altogether.

  • planning and building the Axelero (the largest Hungarian ISP) contact center
  • planning and building the MOL-GAS contact center and nationwide integrated communication network
  • planning and installing the entire telecommunication system of the US Army in Hungary, Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo
  • planning and building the communication infrastructure for LRI, the Hungarian Air Control Center
